Terms And Conditions - Gift voucher
Draw
1. The one selected respondent will receive a gift voucher of £50
value for their choice of one of the following retailers: Marks and Spencer,
Boots, Argos, John Lewis, Virgin Megastore
2. The one selected respondent will be chosen on 7 June 2006 and contacted
via the contact details provided.
3. One entry per person.
4. No purchase necessary, to enter please fill in the questionnaire and
submit to the National AIDS Trust as instructed.
5. Entries should arrive no later than 2 June 2006, no entries will be
accepted into the draw after this date.
6. No cash alternative in place of any prizes and the Promoter reserves
the right to substitute the prize for another of equal value if necessary.
The prize is non-transferable.
7. The selected respondent will not have their details advertised, but
that information will be available on written request.
8. The judges' decision is final and legally binding and no correspondence
will be entered into.
9. The promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults of anyone
connected with the promotion to the extent that such liability can be
contracted out of law.
